Pricing & Payment

‍All prices are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT unless otherwise noted.We accept payments via credit card, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

‍We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.Delivery times may vary depending on destination and availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by external logistics providers. Tracking info is provided upon shipment.

Right of Withdrawal (Forbrugeraftaleloven)

‍Private customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, email us at info@systum.dk.Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Returns & Claims

‍If your product is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately.In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), you have a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation.

Governing Law

‍All purchases and agreements are subject to Danish law. Disputes are to be settled in Danish courts, with the Copenhagen City Court as the agreed venue.
